Today I had the absolute pleasure of joining Maaike from Maaidesign for a live online chat inside her Modern Makers community — and I was genuinely so excited to be invited.

We talked all about Sneaker Stitch and how you can create your own fabulous sneakers using your own fabric. Imagine making shoes that perfectly match your handmade wardrobe… your dress, your jacket, your personality. It’s such a fun and creative way to take your sewing one step further.

Being able to share that with a community of passionate makers was really special.
