Sneaker Stitch offers a refund or exchange if your item is defective or faulty. If you find a fault with the item please contact hello@sneakerstitch.com. Once approved we will provide you details of how to return the item. It must be returned in its original condition. A full refund will be issued on return of the goods. Please note that a refund of postage is not possible.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Note we do not issue refunds for change-of-mind.
