We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. Depending on your total order size we will either ship by envelope or parcel. We strive to dispatch all orders within one or two working days of order placement and complete payment (unless otherwise notified on the site).  Where possible we will provide tracking details for orders and send you these details. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure a quick delivery, we do not take responsibility for Australia Post delivery schedules.

We sometimes run free shipping discounts or offer reduced or free shipping promotional vouchers. This is a discretionary benefit and may be removed at any time. Where free shipping is offered it applies to domestic Australia wide delivery addresses and uses Australia Post standard parcel post or envelope services.
